We are discussing “Leave requests” here

Now you can see the number of requests of leaves for Acting, Recommendation, and Approval officers and Pending, Accepted, and Rejected be the actions in the red colored box. You can Accept or reject leave by selecting the Pending  option. See fig-1&2

When we select "pending" option for any officer, the fig -2 looks as follows and each number indicate

1)      Accepting a leave of an officer by (acting/recommendation officer, and Approval officer)

2)      Rejecting applied leave

3)      Can view applied leave details

4)      This space is used to indicate whether the leave applied for has been accepted or not by a acting offer

5)      This space is used to indicate whether the leave applied for has been accepted or not by a

        Supervising Officer

6)      This space is used to indicate whether the leave applied for has been accepted or not by a Head of Department

NOTE: - the mark indicates ("√") - for Accepted and ("X") - for Unaccepted of number 4, 5, and 6

When we select "Accepted" option for any officer, the fig -3 looks as follows and each number indicate

1)      Making Pending an "Accepted" leave of an officer by (acting/Supervising officer,          and Head of a Department)

2)      Rejecting  an "Accepted" leave of an officer by (acting/Supervising officer, and              Head of a Department)

When we select "Rejected" option for any officer, the fig -3 looks as follows and each number indicate

1)      Accepting a "Rejected" leave of an officer by (acting/Supervising officer , and              Head of a Department)

2)      Making Pending "Rejected" leave of an officer by (acting/Supervising officer ,              and Head of a Department)
